Québec, a land of contrast

Here, the sky is periwinkle blue. Over there, it is ablaze. Farther off, it is cloaked in charcoal gray. And so it goes. Québec is a land of stark contrasts, of sub-zero cold and sweltering heat, of broad vistas and soaring peaks, of tundra and farmland, always changing, always surprising. And, of course, there is the St. Lawrence, that volatile watercourse that behaves more like a tidal sea than a freshwater river.
